Description:

  • Nomi Health is seeking an Analytics Solutions Engineer to join their remote team.
  • The role involves showcasing the value of products and services through engaging product demonstrations.
  • The engineer will act as a bridge between prospective clients, sales, and internal technical teams.
  • Responsibilities include leading product demos tailored to various client verticals and user personas.
  • The engineer will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and the sales team.
  • They will translate client requirements into actionable solutions and document these for seamless handoff to the Customer Analytics team.
  • Collaboration with the Sales team to design tailored sales narratives and demo paths is essential.
  • The engineer will mentor and train team members on delivering narratives to maximize client engagement.
  • Identifying trends in RFPs and client engagements to provide actionable feedback to Product and Sales teams is required.
  • The role includes creating solutions that address pain points identified in the sales process.
  • The engineer will assist in planning and delivering presentations at industry conferences.
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Analytics to develop compelling content for prospective clients is necessary.
  • Training internal teams on new product features and capabilities is part of the job.
  • Contribution to the development of technical documentation, demo guides, and training materials for internal and client-facing purposes is expected.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of at least 5 - 8 years in the health benefits analytic field, with success in client-facing roles is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including health benefits, data analytics, population health management, and healthcare cost containment strategies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with sales teams to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales narratives is required.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics teams to drive client success is essential.
  • Experience mentoring and training sales and technical teams is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to translate client needs into actionable solutions and work closely with technical teams are required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results is essential.
  • The ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and training guides for both internal teams and clients is required.
  • Experience with analytic software, BI tools, or SaaS platforms is necessary.
  • Prior experience in conference presentation and content development is required.
