• The Operations and Enterprise Systems Data Science team is dedicated to driving advanced data capabilities across various operations domains, including Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Science and Technology applications.
• Responsibilities include performing data analysis and modeling, basic data engineering tasks, staying updated on generative AI trends, utilizing custom data visualizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing concise reports to present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, or Biology is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a STEM or related field is necessary.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong mathematics and statistics skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to apply first principles reasoning to solve complex problems are essential.
• A detail-oriented approach to work is required.
• Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) or data querying languages (e.g., SQL) is mandatory.
• Preferred qualifications include basic experience with dashboard visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Plotly Dash, RShiny) and domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals or Manufacturing Operations.
