Remote Backend Engineer

• As a Backend Engineer, you will build new services using Node.JS to meet critical product and business needs.
• You will design scalable systems to solve novel problems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• You will articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and the teams that run them.
• Collaboration with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership will be essential to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
• You will write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• You must have 2+ years of experience in software development.
• A strong interest or experience in Web3 technologies is required.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Golang, is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for learning new technologies are essential.
• You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with distributed systems, relational databases, and cloud computing is also required.

• The base salary for this position ranges from $145K to $180K, depending on geography and other factors.
