Description:

Constructor is a search and product discovery platform designed for enterprise ecommerce, focusing on conversions.
The Experiments team builds a platform for running A/B experiments and making data-driven decisions regarding product changes.
Responsibilities include owning the entire experimentation process from traffic splitting to revealing experiment results.
The role involves developing the internal experiments platform for ML/DS teams and implementing user-facing features for running and analyzing experiments.
The position requires improving the performance and scalability of services and enhancing the trustworthiness and efficiency of experiments by integrating advanced A/B testing approaches.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience building and owning production services using Python.
Experience with monitoring and quality assurance for services that impact customer experience is required.
Applicants should be ready to engage in the experimental/data analytics domain.
A curiosity about user interaction with the product is essential, beyond just the technical aspects.
Experience with PySpark or ETL pipelines is a plus, as candidates may spend 5-10% of their time improving PySpark pipelines for calculating experiment results.
Experience in building analytical services or experiment platforms is also beneficial.
