Requirements:

• Significant professional experience with Ruby on Rails, Redis, and Sidekiq is required.

• Experience with Data Migration, Grafana, and Kibana is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for success in a remote work environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions is required.
• Experience with performance optimization and the ability to diagnose and prevent issues is necessary.
• Comfort in a highly agile and iterative software development process is expected.
• Self-motivated and self-managing individuals with excellent organizational skills are preferred.
