The role is for a Backend Software Engineer to build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions for the financial industry.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs, collaborating with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
The engineer will optimize performance, enhance system architecture, and apply best practices in software development, security, and deployment.
The engineering team values modern technologies, best practices, and continuous improvement in their code-base and platform.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a C1 or C2 level of English proficiency.
Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with C# and ASP.NET Core is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
The ability to write high-quality, well-tested code is essential.
A structured, detail-oriented thinker with an awareness of broader system goals is preferred.
Candidates should be quick learners, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
Enjoyment of team collaboration, continuous learning, and building scalable solutions is important.
A data-driven mindset with a preference for experimentation and iterative improvement is desired.
Fintech experience is a plus.
