The software department at TRACTIAN is dedicated to developing an integrated ecosystem that transforms maintenance and process management by combining predictive maintenance capabilities with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing key features of backend applications to improve functionality and user experience.
Your role involves architecting and implementing robust backend features, services, and APIs for web applications, focusing on scalability, performance optimization, and continuous integration.
Collaboration with frontend engineers and product designers is essential to ensure seamless feature integration and data consistency.
You will proactively identify opportunities for backend system enhancements, stay updated on emerging technologies, and maintain the security, stability, and scalability of backend services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience, with expertise in Node.js.
Proficiency in server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design is necessary.
Experience with TypeScript, SQL, NoSQL databases, test-driven development (TDD), and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha is essential.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performance, scalable backend systems and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) are required.
Fluency in English is a must.
