Description:

• The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
• Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
• The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will help expand professional networks and build transferable skills for career advancement.
• The position is for a Backend Developer in the TechOps team, and it is open to current university students and recent graduates who can work full-time for a period of 6 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students in good academic standing, pursuing a computer-related major with a bachelor’s degree or above.
• A solid foundation in Java is required, along with an understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and an understanding of its operational mechanisms is necessary.
• Candidates should be familiar with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database.
• Knowledge of common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of big data and machine learning.
• Good logical thinking ability, a strong sense of teamwork, and strong learning ability are essential.
• Good communication skills are also required.
