Binance is the global blockchain company behind the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users, with a mission to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.
The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to provide an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will help expand professional networks and build transferable skills for career advancement.
Participants will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include participating in the design, development, and optimization of the recommendation system to improve performance and user experience.
Participants will research and apply technologies such as machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing to enhance recommendation algorithms.
Analyzing user behavior data to uncover user needs and interests and proposing personalized recommendation strategies is also part of the role.
Participants will assist with large-scale data processing and feature engineering to support the implementation of recommendation algorithms.
Collaboration with product and engineering teams to drive the iteration and innovation of the recommendation system is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms and recommendation system models such as collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and deep learning is required.
Strong programming skills and proficiency in languages such as Python or Go are necessary.
A good understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to write efficient code, is essential.
Some experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Candidates should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Being a team player with good communication skills and proactiveness is important.
