• Regular monitoring of key operational metrics is required to provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders regarding any anomalies or actionable insights.
• Conducting in-depth analysis on various metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver use cases is essential.
• Safeguarding internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistency is part of the job.
• The candidate must manage multiple tasks and priorities from different teams and support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be undergraduate or postgraduate students with strong business data analytical skills, preferably from data/business analytics programs.
• A strong sense of ownership and a down-to-earth mentality, along with a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the work done, is required.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.
• Practical experience and skills in SQL and Python for data analytics are necessary.
• Internship experience in cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
