The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will help expand professional networks and build transferable skills for career advancement.
Current university students who can work at least 4 days per week for 6 months are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities include analyzing cryptocurrency trading opportunities, optimizing product features using data, monitoring key operational metrics, conducting in-depth analysis to improve efficiency, safeguarding internal dashboards for data quality, managing multiple tasks, and supporting data requests from business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must be undergraduate or postgraduate students with strong data analytical skills, preferably in data analytics, data science, or machine learning programs.
A strong ownership mentality and a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the work done are essential.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is required.
Practical experience and skills in SQL and Python for data analytics, data science, or machine learning are necessary.
Internship experience in cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies is preferred.
Exposure to compliance domain knowledge is considered a plus.
