The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will help expand professional networks and build transferable skills for career advancement.
Current university students are eligible to apply for this program.

Requirements:

Candidates must be proficient in designing, developing, and evaluating complex data models, with familiarity in statistical analysis and machine learning frameworks.
A deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations, including classifications, neural networks, and hyperparameter optimization, is required.
Strong knowledge and experience in NLP techniques and tools for analyzing and extracting insights from textual data are essential.
Applicants should have a solid understanding and practical experience with deep learning architectures, including transformer models such as BERT and GPT, and the ability to implement and optimize these models for various tasks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is necessary, along with experience using libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Demonstrated experience in handling severely imbalanced datasets and knowledge of techniques to address data imbalances are required.
A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field is mandatory, and current Master's or Ph.D. students are welcome to apply.
