The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will expand participants' professional network and build transferable skills to propel their careers forward.
Responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of internal tools using a frontend tech stack (TS, React, etc.) and NodeJS.
Participants will collaborate closely with the product team and local team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
The role involves working with cross-functional teams (such as security, IT, infra, etc.) to identify and solve various issues.
Continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices is expected.
The position is remote, requiring effective communication with the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in frontend development using TS, React, CSS, etc., is required.
Knowledge of NodeJS is necessary, and familiarity with chrome extension development is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies are essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Sufficient discretionary time to dedicate to the program is necessary.
