The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.
The program includes a focus on networking and development, which will help expand professional networks and build transferable skills for career advancement.
Current university students and recent graduates are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities include participating in the development and maintenance of the company's basic products, compiling and implementing interface documentation for business modules, and demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills to solve problems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a computer-related major and hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
A solid foundation in Java is required, along with an understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and an understanding of its operational mechanisms is necessary.
Candidates should be familiar with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database.
Knowledge of common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is required.
Familiarity with big data and machine learning is preferred.
Candidates should possess good logical thinking abilities, a strong sense of teamwork, and a strong learning ability.
