Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and is responsible for driving analyses and insights to improve business performance for clinical and operational teams.
This role involves extracting and distilling key insights from data analyses, building models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau.
The analyst will collaborate with various functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through continual refinement of solutions.
The position requires utilizing SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
The analyst will partner with internal data team members for data collection and transformation.
Managing support tickets through Atlassian and communicating with stakeholders about status and priorities is also part of the role.
Collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams is essential to develop new tools and capabilities that enhance operational and clinical quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Solid SQL experience is required, along with the ability to quickly build analytic tools for actionable insights.
Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred, with a strong capability to tell stories with data.
The ability to navigate ambiguity, make confident decisions in uncertain situations, and adapt quickly to changing business needs is essential.
Experience with Snowflake, Git, and dbt is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must have experience working in a start-up or hypergrowth environment, with healthcare experience being preferred.
Benefits:
The position offers a base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000, along with an annual bonus incentive and a competitive company benefits package.
