The company is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join the KYB team.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced data analytics skills and will be responsible for analyzing KPI data, identifying issues and opportunities, and providing actionable insights and solutions to improve overall team performance.
This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of KYB operations.
Responsibilities include analyzing KPI data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, identifying trends and anomalies, providing data-driven recommendations, collaborating with team leaders, conducting root cause analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, identifying process improvements, ensuring data accuracy, working with IT and data teams, communicating findings to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing training on data analysis tools.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role is required.
A proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights is essential.
Experience in the financial services or compliance industry is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is necessary.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is required.
A strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts is essential.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is necessary.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely is necessary.
Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
