The Business Operations AI Engineer will design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance internal operations.
Responsibilities include analyzing operational efficiency, developing tools and workflows, and integrating automation into client delivery operations.
The role involves implementing a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework and automating routine processes to improve accuracy and employee satisfaction.
The engineer will build predictive models and analytics to support decision-making and help shape Skylight’s AI-driven business operations team.

Requirements:

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
