• The Chief of Staff will support the Founder in managing high-value relationships, strategic initiatives, technical research, and special product-related projects.
• Responsibilities include managing and preparing external communications, nurturing relationships, conducting research on industry technologies, and proactively following up on meetings.
• The ideal candidate should have a technical background with experience in business development, sales, or external-facing roles, and a passion for DeFi or protocol-level infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the US or Europe.
• Requires 4+ years of experience in a technical BD or Product role in the crypto, DeFi, or TradFi industry.
• Should have a proven ability to conduct in-depth research on technologies, present findings on industry trends, and be up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies.
• Prior experience working in top companies in Web3 is preferred.
