The Cloud Gaming Support Engineer will ensure the quality and performance of cloud gaming solutions for demos and partner launches.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cloud gaming support or a related technical field is required.
Proficiency in troubleshooting cloud servers and associated services is essential.
A strong understanding of networking concepts, including latency, bandwidth, and connectivity optimization, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience with game development workflows or tools, knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash, and previous experience supporting live services in the gaming or tech industries.
