The company is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to support enterprise customers on security software solutions, focusing on implementation and engagement.
This role is remote-based and located in India.
The Customer Success Engineer will manage and resolve data security challenges for customers, driving user engagement and creating loyal customers.
Responsibilities include handling customer queries, advocating for customer needs, providing strategic advice on data security, contributing to knowledge base content, and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally with a focus on security.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), SaaS applications (M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday), and a solid understanding of cloud security best practices and data security/privacy principles is required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with a flexible, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
