Description:

  • Dune is seeking a Customer Success Lead to manage enterprise accounts and drive revenue through retention and upsell.
  • The role involves overseeing the post-sales journey and delivering value for customers while contributing to Duneโ€™s growth.
  • The Customer Success Lead will directly manage large enterprise accounts and lead a small team focused on technical support and activation.
  • This position reports to the VP of GTM and combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
  • The role is remote, specifically for candidates based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, including at least 2 years as a first-line manager.
  • A proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and achieving results in retention, expansion, and upsell is required.
  • Experience in early-stage startups, particularly in blockchain, Web3, or SaaS, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with blockchain data, Web3 developer tools, or crypto-related APIs is necessary.
  • Applicants must be based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
