Description:

Swile is seeking a skilled Senior Security Engineer to join their Security Team and enhance their secure architecture.
The role involves conducting architecture design reviews to improve security posture and collaborating with platform engineers and developers to promote secure design methodologies.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership for secure technology deployment, driving security architecture initiatives, evaluating cybersecurity tools, communicating security issues to management, identifying vulnerabilities, automating processes, and validating security best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with global multi-cloud architectures and application security is required.
A thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Go is expected.
A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or 6+ years of technical experience in security architecture is required.
Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are a plus.
Individuals with entrepreneurial backgrounds or experience from established organizations are welcome.
