The Data Analyst will build and own the data analytics infrastructure, acting as a bridge between data and business decisions.
This role requires transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting high-impact initiatives to contribute to the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing data pipelines, creating dashboards and reports, analyzing on-chain and off-chain data, and collaborating with various teams to provide insights.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related field.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses such as Quicksight, BigQuery, or Tableau are required.
A proven track record of building data pipelines and analytics infrastructure is essential.
Experience working with blockchain or on-chain data is necessary.
The ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations is required.
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
