Description:

KPA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Revenue Operations team.
The role involves ensuring data accuracy, actionability, and alignment across teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
The position is ideal for individuals passionate about working with complex datasets and providing clear insights.
Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data, coordinating data integration efforts, and maintaining databases for consistency and integrity.
The Data Analyst will utilize Salesforce data for analysis, develop dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to track business KPIs.
The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or 1–2 years of experience in a data-related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel, including macros and power queries.
Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting tools, including Salesforce reports and Data Loader.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Understanding of key business metrics in a SaaS environment is desirable.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in data.
Excellent communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an annual base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.
There is an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5%.
