Constructor's AI-first solutions enhance product discovery for shoppers and enable ecommerce teams to deliver personalized experiences that drive results.
The Experiments team builds a platform for running A/B experiments and making data-driven decisions about product changes.
Responsibilities include expanding knowledge of experiments to improve trustworthiness and convergence time, integrating state-of-the-art approaches for A/B tests, and analyzing customer datasets.
The role involves collaborating with PMs and Engineers to identify key insights and improvements in the experimentation process.
The candidate will work with various ML/DS teams to promote best practices in experimentation and research alternative data-driven decision-making approaches.

Requirements:

The candidate must have diversified experience in data/product analytics, including A/B experiments and data-driven decision-making.
A strong understanding of mathematical statistics and the applicability limits of A/B testing and its alternatives is required.
The ability to defend viewpoints clearly and listen to others' opinions is essential.
Enthusiasm for improving a data-driven culture in a growing company is expected.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and processing is necessary.
Experience with PySpark or ETL pipelines is optional but preferred.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of 90-110k USD, stock options, and a work from home bonus.
