Constructor is a search and product discovery platform focused on enterprise ecommerce, aiming to enhance product discovery and conversions.
The Marketing Data Storytelling program at Constructor transforms complex retail data into meaningful insights for various audiences.
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with marketers, data scientists, and engineers to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
You will create engaging reports, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces that highlight the impact of Constructor’s technology in ecommerce.
Key responsibilities include analyzing aggregated retailer data to identify trends, developing data-driven narratives, and creating visually appealing data visualizations.
You will maintain dashboards and reports that showcase industry benchmarks and Constructor’s impact, while ensuring data accuracy with internal teams.

Requirements:

You must have a strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover meaningful trends and insights.
Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) for exploratory data analysis and visualization is required.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to create compelling data visualizations is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are essential for translating complex data insights into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with statistics, A/B testing, and data storytelling principles is required.
A strong understanding of the ecommerce space, including search, personalization, and merchandising trends, is preferred.
You should be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Familiarity with the big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena, Hive) is a plus.
