Description:

  • Wellhub is hiring a Data Analyst for their Partners team in Brazil, focusing on maintaining a data-driven culture and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • The role involves developing and managing data operations related to Wellhub’s growth strategy, products, technologies, and tools.
  • Responsibilities include defining operational processes, generating business-focused dashboards, educating stakeholders on data usage, and providing analytical insights.
  • The analyst will collaborate with global teams to identify insights that impact the broader business and consult with managers to clarify and address data-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and translating insights into actionable product recommendations.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder requests and prioritizing impactful projects is required.
  • Excellent SQL skills are mandatory, with the ability to convert business requests into code.
  • Experience in building data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase is necessary, with a preference for those familiar with Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Candidates should have experience creating Data Tables for departmental use and exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in conveying complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
