Wellhub is hiring a Data Analyst for their Partners team in Brazil, focusing on maintaining a data-driven culture and supporting strategic initiatives.
The role involves developing and managing data operations related to Wellhub’s growth strategy, products, technologies, and tools.
Responsibilities include defining operational processes, generating business-focused dashboards, educating stakeholders on data usage, and providing analytical insights.
The analyst will collaborate with global teams to identify insights that impact the broader business and consult with managers to clarify and address data-related issues.
Requirements:
Candidates must have relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and translating insights into actionable product recommendations.
Experience in managing stakeholder requests and prioritizing impactful projects is required.
Excellent SQL skills are mandatory, with the ability to convert business requests into code.
Experience in building data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase is necessary, with a preference for those familiar with Tableau and Salesforce.
Candidates should have experience creating Data Tables for departmental use and exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in conveying complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
