Description:

GoodParty.org is seeking a Data Analytics Lead with over 3 years of experience in building data stacks, modeling, and data-driven problem solving.
The role is fully remote and will serve as the analytical backbone for the startup as it scales its impact.
The organization aims to empower individuals to run and win local and state-level campaigns, challenging the two-party system.
Responsibilities include leading the development of the organizational learning machine, designing the end-to-end data system, ensuring effective tracking of OKRs and KPIs, investigating performance issues, and leading cross-functional analytical projects.
The Data Analytics Lead will also build strategic and financial models, report to the Chief Operating Officer, and work on developing a proprietary Candidate Viability model.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a business analytics or data analytics role.
A quantitative background with an MBA or Master's degree focused on Analytics or Mathematics is required.
Technical skills should include SQL, Tableau, beginner Python proficiency, and the ability to leverage AI tools.
The candidate should be capable of creating complex strategic and financial models and delivering polished presentations.
Effective data visualization skills for cross-functional stakeholders and strong project management abilities are essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to new challenges is necessary.
