Description:
Laminar Projects is seeking experienced Digital Consultants to join their team, focusing on delivering data-driven digital solutions for large capital projects in the built environment.
The role involves understanding clients' problems, advising on best practices, and directing technical teams to achieve impactful results.
The Data & Digital team utilizes modern digital technologies such as Azure, Fabric, Power BI, and Python to enhance project performance.
Responsibilities include solving complex business problems, leading teams in implementing data solutions, developing internal data solutions, productizing client solutions, and refining processes.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or construction of large capital projects (over USD 100 million) is required.
At least 2 years of experience in driving data and digital solutions implementation across organizations or large projects is necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential for translating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
A passion for digital transformation and improving capital project delivery is expected, along with an analytical mindset to create clarity from uncertainty.
Preferred qualifications include chartered status in a relevant body, ISO 19650 certification, PMP/APM membership, consultancy experience, product management/software development experience, and familiarity with BI tools and databases.
