Description:

The Data Engineering team supports data feed integrations between Client Claim and Clinical data management platforms and the Healthcare Solution Platform.
The role involves developing solution architecture and completing data pipeline connectors to automate data flow between client platforms and the analytic health solution platform.
Responsibilities include designing and documenting connectors, building and unit testing delivery connectors, and participating in peer code reviews and sprint planning.
The engineer will contribute to multiple implementations simultaneously, including new customer setups and enhancements for existing customers.
Success metrics include learning the data connector life cycle, contributing to scrum ceremonies, delivering data-related reviews, and developing a range of data pipelines.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant industry experience or a graduate-level degree.
Proficiency in SQL (2-4 years preferred), Spark (1-2 years preferred), NoSQL databases (1-2 years preferred), database architecture (2-3 years preferred), and cloud architecture (1-2 years preferred) is required.
Experience with healthcare data (2-4 years preferred) and healthcare analytics (1-3 years preferred) is also necessary.
The role requires problem-solving skills for coding issues and data analysis, as well as the ability to communicate technical issues and solutions effectively.
A developing knowledge of healthcare data business interactions and shared value contracts is expected.
