As a Data Engineer, you will work across the entire stack, helping to drive the product and technology forward.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Commercial experience developing Spark Jobs using Scala and experience with Java and Scala is necessary; Python is a plus.
Experience in data processing using traditional and distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, and AWS S3 is required.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms is essential for building efficient solutions.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL and Cassandra, is necessary.
Familiarity with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka is required.
Experience using orchestration software such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Salt is preferred.
Confidence in building complex ETL workflows using tools like Luigi or Airflow is necessary.
Good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and monitoring software (ELK stack) is required.
Motivated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to complex challenges are essential.
