The position is for a Mid Data Engineer in the New Ventures team, which focuses on turning new wellbeing product ideas into reality.
The team is building a new online healthcare product to enhance Wellhub's premium offerings.
The role involves building the foundations of a data-rich project and requires a strong and motivated individual.
Responsibilities include collaborating with development and data analysts, designing scalable data infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting existing systems.

The engineer will also be involved in incident resolution, maintaining industry best practices, and ensuring high code quality standards.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required.
Experience using Python, Java, or a similar language is necessary, with a preference for Python.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ is required.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane is necessary.
Experience with cloud-based architectures, specifically AWS or GCP, is mandatory.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
Understanding of distributed systems and data-intensive applications is essential.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in big data applications and technology trends.
Strong communication skills are necessary to work with multidisciplinary teams across different cultures.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Prior experience in data engineering and cloud technologies is mandatory.
