Description:

ArrowStream is a company focused on supply chain optimization for foodservice businesses, connecting over 105,000 restaurant locations to various distribution and manufacturing partners.
The position is for a Python Developer who will work remotely and is not eligible for work sponsorship.
The developer will create and modify Python code according to project requirements and will be responsible for testing, debugging, and ensuring code efficiency in UAT and Production environments.
Responsibilities include parsing data from multiple file formats (TXT, CSV, XSL, XLSX, XML, EDI) with file sizes up to 1GB, updating outdated code, and collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
The role requires providing solutions to data integration challenges.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Python development experience and at least 1 year of SQL exposure.
Strong knowledge of workflows such as Git, PyCharm, and Jira is necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
The candidate should be able to effectively manage, prioritize, and organize projects, tasks, and initiatives.
A team player who embraces collaboration and contributes to the team's success is essential.
The candidate should have a strong eagerness to independently solve problems and contribute to long-term solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to work with cross-functional teams and various management levels.
API knowledge is considered a plus.
