The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to focus on the development of domain AI agents for specific operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and computer vision technologies.
This role requires some engineering experience to work closely with developers to integrate solutions into existing systems.
Responsibilities include designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for AI agent applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, developing and optimizing traditional OCR systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Strong experience with LLM fine-tuning, particularly with models like GPT and BERT, and familiarity with frameworks such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs is necessary.
Proficiency in traditional OCR techniques using tools like PaddleOCR models is essential.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar are required.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying machine learning models at scale is needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial.
