Description:

  • As the first Data Solutions Architect in the EMEA region at Anomalo, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's global customer solutions presence.
  • You will engage directly with enterprise customers across various industries, providing expert guidance on data quality monitoring.
  • Your responsibilities will include advising customers on the best practices for monitoring complex datasets in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift using Anomalo.
  • You will work closely with enterprise customers to address their most complex data monitoring challenges.
  • You will help customers evolve the structure of their datasets to effectively monitor data changes that are important to them.
  • You will assist customers in understanding and triaging alerts they may not be familiar with and recommend configuration changes when necessary.
  • Developing working relationships with technical peers in data engineering, data science, and analytics at customer organizations will be essential.
  • You will serve as a resource for sales and customer success teams, answering technical questions about applying Anomalo to customer needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for product, algorithm, and process improvements and communicating these to product, engineering, and support teams will be part of your role.

Requirements:

  • You must have 8+ years of data analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using R or Python is required.
  • Experience with one or more cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) or an equivalent MPP data warehouse is necessary.
  • You should be able to understand and advise on data quality problems across various industries and use cases.
  • A track record of effectively communicating complex analytical insights or findings to internal or external customers is essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is required.
