Description:

• Turing is seeking a Delivery Data Analyst with up to 2 years of experience to join their remote team in India.
• The role involves designing and writing efficient code in Python to solve challenging tasks, including evaluating and ranking AI model responses to user requests.
• Responsibilities include writing effective, high-quality code to train and evaluate AI models, evaluating and ranking AI model responses, crafting ideal response content, explaining reasoning comprehensively, and conducting peer code reviews.
• The position offers opportunities for growth within the AI data science space or product engineering, depending on the candidate's interests and skills.
• Candidates must have a 4-hour overlap with US time zones and must have a laptop and remote work setup.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or MSC CS) is required.
• Candidates should have up to 2 years of experience in Python programming.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and coding practices.
• Excellent English communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and write technical documentation.
