Description:

Turing is seeking a Delivery Data Analyst with up to 2 years of experience to join their remote team in India.
The role involves designing and writing efficient code in Python to solve challenging tasks, including evaluating and ranking AI model responses to user requests.
Responsibilities include writing effective, high-quality code to train and evaluate AI models, evaluating and ranking AI model responses, crafting ideal response content, explaining reasoning comprehensively, and conducting peer code reviews.
The position offers opportunities for growth within the AI data science space or product engineering, depending on the candidate's interests and skills.
Candidates must have a 4-hour overlap with US time zones and must have a laptop and remote work setup.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or MSC CS) is required.
Candidates should have up to 2 years of experience in Python programming.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, and coding practices.
Excellent English communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and write technical documentation.
