The company operates with a fully remote workforce and is looking for a founding Developer Relations Advocate to promote Sei Labs' advancements in EVM performance to technical builders across Web3.
The role involves leading technical marketing strategies and effectively communicating updates to developers, researchers, VCs, and builders.
Responsibilities include developing technical narratives, creating and distributing content, collaborating with engineering and research teams, managing thought leadership, leading product marketing initiatives, and executing social media strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of proven success at a Layer-1/Layer-2 or highly technical DeFi project is required.
At least 4 years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, product marketing, or a similar role within blockchain or Web3 is necessary.
A strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, rollups, and Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Experience in creating technical content for developers, engineers, and researchers is necessary.
Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies and product launches is required.
Familiarity with Web3 development tools, programming languages, and blockchain infrastructure is essential.
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and optimize marketing efforts is necessary.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines are required.
