Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in developer relations and a background in building and maintaining a developer-focused community.
An in-depth understanding of Web3, layer 1 blockchain, and infrastructure building is required.
A proven track record of community building is essential.
Strong technical expertise is necessary, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broader audience.
Excellent writing skills are required to communicate technology clearly and engagingly.
Candidates must be able to create content independently, without using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Great networking and presentation skills are needed, along with experience in organizing and managing hackathons and meetups.
