Offchain Labs is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to join their remote team.
The company is focused on creating a decentralized, secure, and transparent future through blockchain technology.
The role involves working with leaders in the blockchain space to solve technical, economic, and social challenges.
Responsibilities include identifying and advocating for strategic partnerships with application teams, ensuring developer success, and improving developer experience with Arbitrum technology.
The position requires collaboration with the Product team to incorporate feedback from the developer community into the product roadmap.
The Developer Relations Engineer will also work with engineers to enhance tooling and create educational materials.
The role includes building relationships within the developer ecosystem and representing Offchain Labs at various events.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
Experience in leading teams in development and experimentation is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams are necessary.
A competent understanding of Computer Science fundamentals or previous development experience is needed.
Experience in writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang is required.
Candidates should have experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.
