Injective Labs is seeking an experienced Developer Relations Engineer with a strong background in the DeFi industry.
The role involves fostering and maintaining relationships with developers, community members, and partners within the DeFi ecosystem.
The primary objective is to drive adoption, engagement, and developer satisfaction by providing technical support, resources, and guidance.
Responsibilities include building relationships with developers and dApp teams, providing technical support, creating technical documentation, conducting workshops, and acting as a community advocate.
The Developer Relations Engineer will also collaborate with product and engineering teams, represent the company at industry events, and design onboarding programs for new developers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the DeFi industry, ideally from another Layer 1 blockchain, is necessary.
Strong expertise in smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tools is essential.
Familiarity with Coswasm is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven experience in developer relations or technical evangelism with a successful track record in driving developer adoption is needed.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential for effective collaboration.
The candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with decentralized finance concepts and experience in organizing developer-focused events is important.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for decentralized technologies are required.
