Description:
Espresso Systems is seeking a self-driven Developer Relations Lead to enhance its developer ecosystem.
The role involves acting as a bridge between the product, engineering, and developer community.
Responsibilities include advocating for developers, providing technical support, managing developer initiatives, creating educational content, and engaging with the community.
The Developer Relations Lead will represent Espresso at conferences, hackathons, and virtual meetups, and will be responsible for maintaining developer documentation and writing tutorials.
The position aims to empower developers to build innovative applications on Espresso by offering exceptional support and fostering a vibrant ecosystem.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in developer advocacy, education, technical writing, or a related role.
Strong technical writing skills are required, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
A proven track record of creating educational content such as tutorials, documentation, or video guides is essential.
Candidates should be crypto-native, actively using Web3 products and enthusiastic about the space.
Familiarity with blockchain development and smart contract programming (e.g., TypeScript, Rust, or similar) is necessary.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams are required.
Solid Computer Science fundamentals or prior hands-on development experience is a must.
