Description:
Invicti is an application security leader protecting over 3,500 organizations worldwide through their DAST-first Application Security Platform.
The DevOps Engineer will develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer experience and streamline software delivery.
The role involves working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CDK to build scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities include automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
The engineer will improve container orchestration using Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux for automated and declarative deployments.
Implementing and maintaining GitOps workflows to manage infrastructure and application deployments efficiently is also required.
The position requires close collaboration with the SRE team to align DevOps and SRE initiatives for improved system reliability and automation.
The engineer will collaborate with developers to enhance local development workflows and reduce manual tasks through automation and self-service tooling.
Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment-related issues with guidance from senior engineers is part of the job.
Requirements:
Candidates must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate infrastructure and deployments is required.
A strong interest in streamlining developer workflows and improving software deployment processes is essential.
The candidate should work well in a collaborative team environment and be eager to learn from experienced engineers.
Additional experience with IaC tools like Terraform and AWS CDK is preferred.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or Jenkins) is beneficial.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux is a plus.
Exposure to automation tools for configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) is advantageous.
Experience with developer-focused improvements, such as faster builds, better testing environments, or local development tooling, is desirable.
