The role of Stake Pool Operator (SPO) Relations Engineer involves building relationships with SPOs and infrastructure operators to support their success and integrate their needs into the protocol roadmap.
Responsibilities include community engagement, tooling development, content creation, ecosystem support, event organization, feedback gathering, and collaboration with various teams.
The position requires working closely with the DevRel Lead, Engineering, Product, and the wider community to ensure SPOs have the necessary guidance and tools.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Site Reliability, Infrastructure Engineering, or Technical Community roles within the blockchain, Web3, or tech industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust or JavaScript/Typescript and familiarity with blockchain protocols and decentralized systems are required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with experience in creating technical content.
Proven ability to engage and grow technical communities and a passion for fostering collaboration are essential.
Understanding of blockchain ecosystems, staking mechanisms, and decentralized governance is required.
Candidates must possess problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
A proactive and creative mindset to develop tools and content that resonate with developers is important.
