Description:

  • Reown is seeking a DevRel Engineer (Wallets) to join their remote team, focusing on wallet-related initiatives.
  • The role involves supporting new and existing users, as well as managing wallet partnerships and client success.
  • Responsibilities include building relationships with top wallet providers, updating information in the Cloud, managing WalletGuide and the WalletConnect Certified Program, and conducting manual testing to ensure successful integrations.
  • The engineer will create content such as tutorials and documentation, and communicate with wallet clients via various platforms including Slack, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub.
  • The position requires collaboration with engineering and product teams to address priority issues and provide support to external developers.
  • The engineer will engage with the wallet developer community through events, training sessions, webinars, and hackathons.
  • The role includes conducting QA testing of wallets to ensure seamless integration with the WalletKit SDK.
  • The engineer will help drive developer adoption of Reown's products and assist in community initiatives.
  • Responsibilities also include relationship management with partner wallet developers and gathering community feedback.
  • The engineer will advocate for Reown's products and support the creation of educational content for wallet developers.
  • The role involves building tools to simplify developer adoption and measuring their usage.
  • The engineer will work closely with the DevRel team and collaborate with marketing, business development, partnerships, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of Engineering or equivalent DevRel experience with web and/or mobile technologies.
  • Experience working with and testing wallets and decentralized applications (dApps) is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is essential.
  • Strong experience in writing technical documentation and producing technical content in English is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills for providing technical support to partners, clients, and enterprises are required.
  • Candidates should have experience acting as a problem-solving liaison between external developers, users, and internal teams.
  • A deep technical understanding of the web3 ecosystem, particularly in blockchains, dApps, dev tooling, protocols, and wallets, is preferred.
  • Nice to have experience includes building projects in web3, familiarity with languages/frameworks such as Python, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and/or Kotlin, and experience in writing test plans and test cases.
  • Strong proficiency in written communication in English is also a plus.
