Description:
Reown is an onchain UX platform that provides tools for creating seamless digital ownership experiences.
The company has grown significantly since its inception in 2018, now serving over 6,000 apps, 600+ wallets, and 15+ million users.
The DevRel Engineer (Wallets) will be part of the DevRel team, reporting to the DevRel Lead and collaborating with marketing, business development, and engineering teams.
This role focuses on wallet-related tasks, supporting new and existing users, and ensuring developer and wallet partnership success.
Responsibilities include building relationships with top wallets, managing WalletGuide and the WalletConnect Certified Program, conducting manual testing, creating content, and communicating with wallet clients via various platforms.
The role involves developer support and engagement, QA development and testing, driving developer adoption, relationship management, education and advocacy, building and automating tools, teamwork, and content/documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of Engineering or equivalent DevRel experience with web and/or mobile.
Experience working with and testing wallets and dApps is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript is necessary.
Strong experience in writing technical documentation and producing technical content in English is essential.
Excellent communication skills for providing technical support to partners, clients, and enterprises are required.
Candidates should have experience acting as a problem-solving liaison between external developers, users, and internal teams.
A deep technical understanding of the web3 ecosystem, particularly in blockchains, dApps, dev tooling, protocols, and wallets, is preferred.
Nice to have: experience building projects in web3, familiarity with languages/frameworks like Python, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and/or Kotlin, experience in writing test plans and cases, and strong written communication skills in English.
