Description:
Guidewire is seeking a strong Architect to join their Early Access and Adoption (EAA) team, which focuses on ensuring new product capabilities can be adopted quickly and predictably for general availability (GA).
The EAA team consists of experienced product and delivery experts dedicated to driving predictable adoption of product capabilities.
This role is remote and does not require being in the office, based in the United States.
The Architect will lead a team of experts to enable adoption of the latest InsuranceSuite application areas and cloud platform capabilities.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively with internal product development teams and external early access customers to assess product adoption impacts and provide early feedback.
The role involves creating and harvesting valuable learnings and publishing them as product adoption resources.
This position is an individual contributor role, requiring hands-on development and the ability to evaluate new capabilities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 10 years of software development experience using web technologies.
The role requires leading EA capability inceptions and producing deliverables either independently or through delegation.
A quick learning ability for new product features and technologies with minimal support is essential.
Candidates should identify key Guidewire contacts for inquiries related to out-of-the-box (OOTB) or EA capabilities.
The Architect must prepare for upcoming capabilities and contribute to the creation of the EAA onboarding plan.
Responsibilities include owning inception and execution of internal proofs of concept (POCs) for EA capabilities.
Hands-on development of code is necessary for evaluating new capabilities and conducting POCs.
Certification in multiple Guidewire products functionally is required.
The candidate should be able to create product adoption collateral as part of EAA engagement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex areas with architects and team members are necessary.
A broad understanding of all Guidewire products and platforms, as well as knowledge of AI and LLMs, is preferred.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000, determined by role, level, and location.
The compensation details reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses, equity, or benefits.
