Description:

  • Guidewire is seeking a Product Solution Engineer for their Early Access and Adoption (EAA) team, which focuses on ensuring new product capabilities can be adopted quickly and predictably for General Availability (GA).
  • The role is remote and based out of Dublin, Ireland, and does not require in-office presence.
  • The EAA team consists of experienced product and delivery experts dedicated to driving predictable adoption of product capabilities.
  • The engineer will work collaboratively with internal product development teams and external early access customers to assess product adoption impacts and provide expert guidance.
  • Responsibilities include creating and harvesting valuable learnings, publishing documentation as product adoption resources, and defining a path to GA.
  • The engineer will also focus on early adoption of Guidewire Early Access capabilities and provide expert guidance to implementation teams.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 8 years of software development experience using web technologies.
  • The ability to quickly learn new product features and technologies with minimal support is essential.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and making others' jobs easier is required.
  • Certification in multiple Guidewire products, preferably ClaimCenter, is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in specific product capabilities to demonstrate them to internal and external audiences is required.
  • The ability to accurately estimate project tasks and create product adoption collateral is essential.
  • Candidates must be able to design and estimate solutions for medium complexity product gaps and enhancements.
  • Hands-on development of code for evaluating new capabilities and conducting POCs is necessary.
  • The ability to learn new EA capabilities with limited documentation and contribute to internal POCs is required.
  • Strong networking skills to develop relationships with stakeholders internally and externally are essential.
  • Candidates should be able to communicate complex scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS and Guidewire Data Products.
