Description:

The Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading the development of the platform and overseeing all technical aspects of the company.
This role involves managing the engineering team, driving the technical vision, and ensuring seamless infrastructure, data workflows, and blockchain integrations.
The position is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategic oversight with direct contributions to the platform.
The Engineering Lead will also be responsible for expanding the engineering team and preparing for the product launch and Token Generation Event (TGE).
Key responsibilities include building and leading a growing engineering team, overseeing full-stack development, managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring smart contract integration, overseeing data automation processes, integrating compliance measures, and driving technical efforts for launch preparation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in Node.js for back-end development and front-end frameworks like Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and managing CI/CD pipelines for DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Solidity, smart contract development, and blockchain tools such as ethers.js and Hardhat.
Proven experience in building and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing both full-time employees and contractors.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, particularly in investment products.
Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of full-stack software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, 2+ years in Web3 (ideally DeFi), and familiarity with real estate or financial services industries.
