Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with a focus on performance optimization and problem-solving.
• Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment and delivering production-quality products.
• Expertise in developing external APIs and SDKs, asynchronous cryptography, technical documentation, and decentralized technology.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, React, and other languages like CSharp, C++, GoLang, Rust.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, native environments, design patterns, microservices development, and REST APIs.
• Ability to apply Test Driven Development principles effectively and prioritize privacy, security, testing, and high-performance systems.
• Strong communication skills, inclusive mindset, and a passion for mentoring others.
