Description:

• Affinidi is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to join the Affinidi Elements team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with a focus on performance optimization and problem-solving.
• Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment and delivering production quality products.
• Expertise in developing external APIs and SDKs, asynchronous cryptography, technical documentation, and decentralized technology.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, React, cloud computing, design patterns, microservices, REST APIs, and Test Driven Development.
• Strong communication skills, privacy by design mindset, security awareness, and a commitment to mentoring and inclusivity.
